Streamlining Innisfree’s Content & Social Media Pipeline
I joined Innisfree Hotels’ marketing team, after their Chief Marketing Officer discovered my Instagram and said, “I want my hotels’ social media to look like this.” I was hired originally as Community Manager, managing the social media platforms for each of the properties in Innisfree’s portfolio. Since I was responsible for maintaining a distinctive look and voice for each of Innisfree’s dozens of hotels, several restaurants and handful of salons and spas, I quickly learned how to be highly organized and meticulous about planning and scheduling.
As Innisfree’s marketing department grew into a full blown in-house marketing agency, I was promoted to head the creative team as Content Production Manager, leading a team of photographers and designers to maintain Innisfree’s visual brand assets. My goal as Content Production Manager was to streamline the pipeline in which content was created and then shared to the social media platforms and to alleviate any and all pain points in which content would get “stuck” in this pipeline. I created and organized a new content management system in which members of the content and social teams could access and edit content in a timely way.
My Lasting Impact on Innisfree Hotels:
- Hundreds of Thousands of New Followers Across Platforms
- Seriously Countless Likes and Shares
- Tens of Thousands of Photos and Videos Taken
- A New Content Management Protocol
